Jun Enterprise International Limited was founded in 2018 by the charity entrepreneur Dr Gigi Hsin-Peng with the aim of reviving the traditional art of embroidery internationally. The enterprise consists of two subsidiary brands, Jun’s Embroidery and Jun Culture.
Jun Culture promotes Chinese embroidery craftsmanship, not only to preserve China’s intangible cultural heritage but also to provide job opportunities, education, and empowerment for women with low incomes in mountainous areas. On the other hand, Jun’s Embroidery is the first-ever online embroidery academy in Asia. By blending modern designs with traditional arts, this brand offers a platform for people to engage in embroidery as a mindful practice, promoting a slow-living lifestyle.
